We're Mance and Dennis Rieder. We help families sell and buy homes across San Diego County, and you'll work with one of us directly from the first call to closing day.
Our story
One family name on every deal
Mance was born and raised in San Diego and has spent his whole 10-year career here. Dennis is a Marine Corps veteran who has spent years helping longtime homeowners plan their next move. Together we've closed more than 300 transactions and over $350M in San Diego sales.
Most of what we do is listings, about 60% of our business. We also help buyers, investors, and families settling an estate. If you need a property manager, we refer you to our trusted sister company.
We also buy, renovate, and own income property ourselves. When we walk you through the numbers on a sale or a purchase, they're the same numbers we live with on our own deals.
