Before you start touring
Do I need to be pre-approved first?
It helps. Sellers take pre-approved buyers more seriously, and it tells you your real budget. We can connect you with local lenders we trust.
Do I need to sign anything before we tour homes?
Yes. Since August 2024, buyers sign a written buyer agreement before touring homes. We'll walk you through it, including how our compensation works, before your first showing.
Can you help if I'm moving from out of state?
Yes. We'll help you compare neighborhoods remotely and plan an in-person trip around the homes that make the cut.
